Frequently asked

What does Struix do?

Struix imports RAW and JPEG photos from a Wi-Fi-enabled camera (or from your Photos library or an SD card) and merges bursts and exposure brackets into a single, cleaner RAW result — less noise, wider dynamic range, more detail — saved as a standard DNG you can edit anywhere.

What do I need to run it?

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. A Wi-Fi-capable camera is optional — you can also import RAW files straight from your Photos library or an SD card.

How do I import photos?

Three ways: connect to your camera's Wi-Fi from the Connect tab and sync; insert an SD card and choose its folder; or tap Import RAW on the Tasks tab to pick RAW/DNG files from your Photos library.

How does merging work? Which sets can I merge?

Struix automatically groups bursts, AE brackets, and focus brackets. Open a group and tap Merge — alignment and fusion run entirely on your iPhone, with no ghosting on moving subjects. The result opens in a before/after compare with a live shadow and highlight adjust.

What is free, and what needs Struix Pro?

Importing, browsing, and converting RAW to DNG are unlimited and free, along with your first 10 computational merges — no time limit. Struix Pro unlocks unlimited merges: a one-time $29.99 (lifetime), or a subscription at $14.99/year or $4.99/month, each with a 7-day free trial.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Struix, and change or cancel there. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Struix Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Where are my merged files, and can I edit them elsewhere?

Merged and converted files save to your Photos library as DNGs. They use a standard tiled DNG layout that opens in Lightroom, Pixelmator, and other RAW editors.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every photo is processed on your device. Struix has no accounts, no tracking, and collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
